Welcome to pbexch. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pbexch ("pbexch", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting exchange and casino platform accessible at pbexch.net and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital products.

By registering an account, accessing the pbexch platform, placing a wager, using any casino product, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using all pbexch services.

These Terms apply to all pbexch products including — but not limited to — the sports betting exchange, live casino, RNG slot games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus products offered on the platform.

To register and maintain a pbexch account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pbexch strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification documents will be required as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, agents, and syndicates may not register consumer accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of pbexch or any affiliated company.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law at the time of use.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from pbexch or any affiliated platform. Attempting to re-register after a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must register with accurate, true, and complete personal information. Registering under a false identity is a serious breach of these Terms and applicable law.

pbexch reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to withdrawal, following a change of personal details, or whenever we have reasonable grounds to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pbexch support will result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pbexch login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pbexch will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

All activity conducted through your pbexch account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, irrespective of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pbexch support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. pbexch will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation; however, we accept no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

pbexch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Verified or suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or match-fixing
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions
• Provision of false identity or documentation
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair betting advantage
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at pbexch staff or other platform users

Account closure for cause will result in the forfeiture of any bonus balance and, where fraud is confirmed, may result in the forfeiture of deposited funds pending regulatory and legal review.

pbexch supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a USDT crypto wallet is specifically selected at the time of deposit.

Deposits: Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your pbexch account instantly upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. pbexch does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet operator may apply their own transfer charges which are outside pbexch's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before first processing. Once KYC is approved, verified withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within an average of 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank) are processed within one business day. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that was used to make a deposit into your pbexch account. pbexch will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Attempted withdrawal to an unverified or third-party method will result in withdrawal rejection and may trigger an account review.

pbexch operates a peer-to-peer betting exchange model. Unlike a traditional bookmaker, pbexch does not set odds or take a position against you. Bets are matched between users who wish to back (bet for) and users who wish to lay (bet against) a given outcome. A commission, calculated as a percentage of net winnings on a market, is charged by pbexch on winning positions. Current commission rates are published in your pbexch account dashboard and may vary by market category.

Settlement: All markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan domestic cricket, ICC for international fixtures). In the event of result disputes, pbexch's settlement decision is final, subject to any escalation procedure available under the complaints section of the FAQ.

Void bets: A wager will be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or if a material error in the odds or market setup is identified prior to settlement. Voided bets are returned to your pbexch account balance in full.

Live / In-play betting: In-play betting markets operate in real time. Acceptance of in-play bets is subject to network latency and market liquidity. pbexch reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event without prior notice. Unmatched in-play orders at the point of suspension are cancelled and returned to your balance.

pbexch's casino lobby includes RNG slot titles and live dealer games sourced exclusively from providers who hold valid gaming licences from recognised regulatory authorities. All RNG titles are subject to independent third-party audits verifying that game outcomes are statistically random and that published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

Game rules, paytables, and RTP values for each title are accessible within the game interface or upon request from pbexch support. Published RTP values represent long-run theoretical return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcome.

pbexch is not responsible for disconnections, latency issues, or device failures that occur during a casino game session. In the event of a mid-game disconnection, the game round will be completed and settled according to the game provider's internal state at the time of disconnection. Settlement outcomes in such cases are final.

pbexch may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible account holders. Each promotion is subject to its own specific Terms and Conditions, published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is live. The following general bonus principles apply to all pbexch promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period. Bonuses that expire unused are removed from your account without compensation.
• Free bet winnings (the profit from a winning free bet, not the stake itself) are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• pbexch reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a user has already opted in and partially fulfilled requirements, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will govern the completion of that specific bonus.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pbexch platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Match-fixing or corruption: Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any attempt to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any sporting event covered by pbexch markets.
• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, exploit market latency, or manipulate exchange odds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to exploit exchange markets, bonus structures, or promotional mechanics.
• Money laundering: Using pbexch accounts as a vehicle for processing illicit funds or obscuring the origin of funds.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider after a transaction has been credited to your pbexch account.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or use pbexch services if you are under 21 years of age.

All content on the pbexch platform — including but not limited to the pbexch brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, odds data, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of pbexch or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pbexch platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pbexch content without prior written permission
• Scrape, mirror, or cache pbexch odds data for use on any third-party service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pbexch software
• Use the pbexch brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation

pbexch collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a pbexch account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pbexch — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method data, and betting history — is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and where you have consented, for promotional communications. pbexch does not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of personal data held by pbexch, subject to our legal obligations to retain records under applicable AML and gaming regulations. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

pbexch is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible directly from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is available with immediate effect for periods of one month, six months, one year, or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a duplicate account is a breach of these Terms and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbexch's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pbexch account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pbexch shall not be liable for any loss or damage that is indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside pbexch's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, mobile network outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider delays
• Errors in odds or market data caused by data feed providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pbexch's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pbexch reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the financial terms under which you use the platform — we will provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address or via an in-platform notification at login.

Continued use of the pbexch platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pbexch and may request withdrawal of any available balance prior to closing your account.

Minor amendments — such as editorial corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect regulatory changes — may be made without prior notice. The current version of the Terms is always available at pbexch.net/terms-conditions and is identifiable by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pbexch holds its international gaming licence.

Complaints procedure: If you have a complaint relating to your pbexch account, a settled market, a payment, or any other aspect of the service, please contact pbexch support in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints procedure, you may escalate to the independent dispute resolution body designated under pbexch's gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation body are available on request from pbexch support.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.
